  • A GroupUp is a bulk purchase we make on behalf of multiple business owners, so you each get much better pricing than you do when you place an order alone.

  • Anything, really! We focus on sourcing group rates for bigger-ticket items since it helps you get the biggest savings. But you can suggest a GroupUp for any product you want.

  • Installation, service, and warranty are still provided by the seller selected to fulfill the orders.

  • Absolutely! Keep in mind that it’s best to contact GroupUps before you get multiple quotes, to ensure the most negotiating leverage.

  • New and expanding practices spend so much on your own that you don’t actually have to wait for a GroupUp! We’ll group your purchases with others where it makes sense, but since your timing is unique based on office buildouts, contractors, permitting, etc. we work to maximize savings for just your purchases. We’ve helped new and expanding practices save tens of thousands of dollars on their equipment purchases.

  • Nope! GroupUps is brand agnostic. We’re not the seller so we’re not limited to a specific set of brands; instead we help you get better pricing on the equipment that make the most sense for your practice.

  • Yes! You can work with your current financing partner or we can introduce you to financing partners if you don’t already have one.

  • GroupUps takes a small percentage of the savings we’re able to negotiate. This means we make more money when we save YOU more. We don’t take payments from distributors, manufacturers, or partners, ensuring our incentives are fully aligned with your best interests.

  • Joining a GroupUp is easy! Simply place a small deposit by clicking the “place deposit” button next to an item you want. Once the minimum order number is met, you pay the balance and your order can be placed. If you’re joining a GroupUps Rebate group buy, then you’d pay for your entire item, and receive a rebate for additional savings when the group buy closes.

  • Expressing interest in a potential GroupUp is easy! Simply complete the form to let us know you’re interested. Once we’ve gotten enough interest, we’ll email you with the starting price we’ve negotiated so you can place a deposit to join the GroupUp.

  • Nada. You only pay for a GroupUp you fully opt into, and deposits are refunded if the GroupUp can’t move forward for any reason. We get a small piece of the savings when we place each group order, which means we only make money when you save money. It’s a win/win!

  • It depends on a few things: how quickly minimum order numbers are met, how quickly balances are paid, manufacturer fulfillment speed, shipping speed, technician availability for installation/delivery, and more. GroupUps is best for items where you can be somewhat flexible with arrival timing in exchange for major savings. GroupUp Rebate items will be shipped as orders are received, and your rebate is issued after the GroupUp closes.

  • No hard feelings. If you change your mind before the GroupUp closes, we’ll refund your deposit and you won’t receive an item from that group purchase.

  • That’s not a question, but you’re welcome! Tell your doctor friends so you can all save more together.
